The C14 west tower of Image, seen from Church Lane. http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-268856-church-of-st-mary-cannington points out that "the Church is directly adjacent to Cannington Court and is postulated as the former church of a house of Benedictine Nuns which existed on that site, founded cll38".
