Situated on the A30 road at Brookwaters, this TE, being a standard wooden building for rural areas, has the code STDONHD. It provides telephone and broadband services to 800 residential and 45 non-residential premises in Berwick St John, Charlton, Donhead St Andrew, Donhead St Mary, Ludwell and the surrounding rural area. The BT warning notices can be seen on the front of the building. It has (01747) 828xxx numbers, the (01747) referring to the Shaftesbury group of ten TEs, and its postcode is SP7 9LG.
