As bus stations go Salisbury's is no worse and no better than others I've encountered. The toilets smell a bit but are equipped with movement sensors to turn the lights on and off, which was unexpected. For another perspective of the bus station see Image Update January 2014: the bus station has now closed after 75 years http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-25603828
