The name of the fields according to Wivelsfield's 1843 tithe map that have been joined together to form one larger unit. Brook Field was in the foreground, Farther Field beyond to the right, Wood Field to its left next to Kiln Wood, then Middle Field and Carthouse Field respectively on the left.
