Located on the corner of City Road and The Parade. The multi-storey building is one of four Cardiff Tertiary College (Coleg Glan Hafren) sites. Cardiff Tertiary College is the city's largest further education college, with 800 courses and 13,000 students, ranging in age from 16 to 80.
