From Boundary House Farm footpaths descend from around 20m asl down onto the flat moss which was probably marshland prior to drainage ditches being dug. The silo at Old Glasson http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1188214 can be seen with Heysham nuclear power station to its right.
