John Muir Way in suburban North Berwick

The John Muir Way is a 73km walking route from Edinburgh to Dunglass near Cockburnspath via Muir's birthplace in Dunbar. Here at the junction of Strathearn Road and Abbotsford Road the Way, as shown by the green sign, swings left to follow a short stretch of path around the edge of West Links. It's a pity that parts of the signposted route do not follow the coastline itself, possibly to avoid the many golf courses.
