Probably non-existent now. Rented by my parents as a holiday home, and with great trepidation they allowed me to cycle from Redbourn, Herts, to the Isle of Sheppey to join them for their holiday. It is possible that the date is +/- 1 year, and the location was elevated so more likely TR0172 than TR0271 [but see below]. As a result of an enquiry from somebody who thought his parents now lived in this house, my conclusion was 'not proven' as Google Earth imagery from 1960 shows two other houses with a similar layout on Beach Approach.
