From a low rise on the Loxley Road a view is revealed across the valley east of Stratford-upon-Avon. Prominent on the left is the back of the NFU Mutual building, mostly in SP2155. On the right are houses in Townsend Road and Knights Lane, Tiddington. On the Welcombe Hills beyond in SP2057 is the massive obelisk built in 1876 to commemorate the Philips family.
