Head west up North Road from the entrance of Kensington Gardens then north along Upper Gardner Street. The street dates from the 1820s and had been the site of an outdoor market since the 1890s when the Council got fed up with moving traders and their barrows on from various illegal pitches and gave them this street on a Saturday to trade in. The numbers on the left hand side of the road are the individual pitches. The seagull seemed fascinated with the old Bentley for a long time not moving when I walked closely by or when a car passed it. It was only when looking at the picture later that it became clear, he'd been attracted to his own reflection! Click on the link to take you to the next page. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/230810
