Tongue in cheek remark - cleared area (like almost every other part of Eastside it feels), just off Curzon Circus. Student accommodation opposite. The whole Eastside redevelopment project has not gone to plan or been completed to date; attempts may have been made to retain a few 'artefacts' (occasional pub or house), but with little industry, and former industries and 'watering holes' gone, so may have its heart.
