Re-developed Northgate Brewery, now fashionable apartments within short walking distance of Newark Northgate Station and 75 minutes of King's Cross. Built 1871, 1882 and 1890 by William Bliss Sanders in the 'Domestic Revival' style for Warwick and Richardson's brewers.
