Endeavour High School was built on the site of the former Kingston General Hospital. It opened in September 2001 as an amalgamation of two schools. Its specialities, according to the school website http://www.endeavourhighschool.co.uk are sport and the arts. The architecture of this main building fronting Beverley Road is traditional in style, though the buildings behind are more contemporary.
