Looking towards The Square from the fourth floor of the Town Hall Extension just after 4pm as we prepare to welcome a new day, week, month, year and decade in just a few hour's time. The cenotaph, in the Central Gardens, can be seen bottom-right while the spire of Richmond Hill St. Andrew's is on the left.
