After a moderate snowfall five days earlier, Rowan Way roadway has been cleared of snow, but the pavements are covered in a mixture of ice and compacted snow. Viewed from the corner of Pillmawr Road on Christmas Day 2010. The sign on the right marks the end of a 20mph maximum speed zone in the area around Malpas Church in Wales Junior and Infant school. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2021210
