This is the corner of the course nearest the Forge Road entrance to the Common - the main path to Common Lane goes up to the left at this point and the rider is making a sharp left turn down to the path that runs past the old water works seen on Image] The signboard is one erected by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust explaining the history and wildlife to be seen on the Common.
