In the early hours of Thursday morning, 2nd December 2010, Chester Enterprise Centre was destroyed by fire. Formerly a railway goods shed the old three-bay building had been converted into a space that was used by a number of businesses. See also Image Image Image Image Image This fire follows the huge 1996 fire at the adjacent Pickfords storage warehouse; land that was subsequently used for a development of flats, which can be seen behind the ruined building.
