A4039, Bilston to Penn, Wolverhampton. This is at the top of the hill. The white building on the right used to be a care home but I am unsure of its current status. Pedestrian lights ahead are before the junction with Upper Villiers Street. Traffic congestion occurs every weekday between Dudley Road (behind the camera) and here. Avoid between 08:00-9:00 and 15:00-18:00.
