Image: © Jim Champion Taken: 4 Aug 2006

This road crosses Beaulieu Hilltop Heath in the traditional way - in a dead straight line. This view is looking towards Dibden from the eastern verge. At various points along the road are gravel pits where material for the road surface was obtained in pre-tarmac days. This road is on the signposted route from the motorway to the National Motor Museum (and other attractions) at Beaulieu.
