This photograph shows a view of some terraced cottages in Calva View in the small village of Arkle Town. The minor road that runs between Reeth (behind the photographer) and Tan Hill (ahead) can be seen in the left-hand side of the image. The picture was taken looking in a north-north-westerly direction towards Langthwaite.
