Turn east from Preston Street into the northern side of Regency Square. The house at the end of the road is The Regency Tavern reputedly haunted by two ghosts. The two blocks of flats are Chartwell Court to the left and Sussex Heights to the right both built in the 1960s when that part of the town was extensively redeveloped.
