The City of London Academy, a secondary school, is undergoing a major rebuilding programme which involves the demolition of the 'tower block', seen here from Rheidol Terrace. The 'long reach machine with muncher attachment' is here taking a lunchtime rest; when it is working a high pressure jet is directed towards the work area to reduce dust.
