A view across the Severn Plain from the top of Black Hill, in the Malvern Hills, to the Cotswold escarpment in the far distance. The nearby triangular woodland is Mayall's Coppice. Beyond is the village of Upper Welland. Above and beyond is Welland with its prominent church spire.
