London mayor Boris Johnson wants to see Londoners and visitors using the new bicycles which are parked in racks around the capital. This one is at Union Street, Southwark but no-one seemed to be taking up the challenge. This rack was full of bikes. Elsewhere in the City the idea is catching on.
