Thames and Hudson Limited are a well-known publishing firm. They specialise in producing large heavy and impressive books, full of colour photographs, on various subjects. These are what are often called "coffee table books", as many purchasers apparently never actually read them, but leave them on their coffee table to impress visitors. Well that's the theory. Producing such large books would necessitate having equally large storage facilities and this building is/was presumably a storage or distribution warehouse. There are weeds sprouting up on the forecourt, so perhaps it is no longer in use.
