The coast path climbs down the cliff southward as it approaches Trwyn Crou, the headland northeast of Llangrannog. From this angle, the hill fort, Pen Dinas Lochtyn, stands out at the top of the dome-shaped hill at the base of the peninsula, Ynys Lochtyn.
