Backing on to the Royal Crescent, this was a petrol station until around the turn of the millennium, but has now been awaiting a new use for a decade. There was some recent activity here - which will with any luck eventually produce something in a style more in keeping with its surroundings - but for some months the only sign of renovation has been a sign advertising the renovation company.
