Located on the corner of Bedford Road and Cedar Road. The entrance is on the left, on the Cedar Road side of the building. The doorway on the Bedford Road side of the building has been partially bricked up, leaving only a white arched top. The former presence of a doorway also explains the break in the horizontal white line along the lower part of the building.
