The official address given for the branch on the NatWest website is Bank House, West End, Builth Wells. West End isn't shown on the maps I've consulted. According to them, the bank is at the eastern end of West Street, close to the junction with High Street and Market Street. It may be that 'West End' is a local usage referring to that part of West Street.
