Viewed from the bridge over Cwmbran Drive, near the point where the road across the bridge is renamed from Llandowlais Street to Oakfield Road. Ahead, a straight stretch of Cwmbran Drive heads towards the distant Hollybush Lane / Llantarnam Park Way roundabout, some 800 metres (880 yards) from the camera. On the left side of the roadway is a combined footpath and cycleway.
