This photograph shows a view of a section of the minor road that runs between Staintondale (behind the photographer) and Cloughton (ahead). Bridge Farm is visible in the left-hand side of the image. The picture was taken looking in a south-easterly direction towards the Hayburn Wyke Nature Reserve.
