This faded sign partially remains after restoration of the rest of the building. Although it can be determined that it related to a 'Watchmakers and Jewellers' establishment the name is indistinguishable. Someone has decided that it is worth keeping but who knows what will become of this example of an earlier form of advertising as heritage is sacrificed to tidiness and uniformity.
