A small industrial estate located between Malpas Road and Lyne Road. The estate is currently occupied by two businesses. Units 1 and 2, on the right, are occupied by South Wales Prop Shafts and units 3 and 4 by Newey and Eyre Limited, business distribution services. Formerly a residential street, there are no longer any houses on Edwin Street. The other side of the street is the northern edge of McDonald's. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1644972
