This is the entrance to Dragon Film Studios on the main A473 near Llanilid. The production facility is quite recent despite having been promised for a long time. Commentators keen to see a Welsh film industry have optimistically nicknamed it "Valleywood". The site currently consists of a lot of ugly former open cast land and three or four studios in anonymous grey sheds (two of which are pictured.) If it wasn't for the Welsh Assembly putting up one of their boards to show their involvement you wouldn't know what the place is. There is currently an additional building on the site but it's probably temporary. See Image
