A steep section of lane immediately above Image passes a beech tree. This road was turnpiked in 1786 http://webapp1.somerset.gov.uk/her/details.asp?prn=26240 , even though, as the link suggests, "this now very minor road did not connect with any other road, or place of importance at Holcombe Water".
