Church Lane is one way, so all traffic must turn left out of Long Lane. The railings on the opposite corner are regularly damaged by lorries that have driven into the southern part of Long Lane, ignoring the 'Unsuitable for HGV's' sign at the A406 bridge. Newly replaced, the nearest section has already been unseated from its concrete footing.
