Brighton & Hove City Council are responsible for this wonderful seeding along the central reservation at Moulsecoomb, Brighton. It is an Annual seed mix called 'Candy Mix' and includes Field Poppies, Eschscholzia, Phacelia and Fairy Toadflax.
