This court is accessed from Roxburgh Street. There is a plaque on the northeast gable wall of the whinstone building on the left (a dental practice) dedicated to George Meikle Kemp who designed the Scott Monument in Edinburgh Image The carpenter’s shop where Kemp worked has not survived.
