I was surprised to see this sign on the southern bank of the River Neath as I had just used the bridge and had not noticed a similar warning on the other bank. When I checked after crossing back to the other side, I found that the sign http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1880887 is unhelpfully facing the wrong way.
