On the corner of London Road and Malden Road. A careworn 1960s office block with a sign round its neck effectively pleading, 'please save me', but actually involving grown-up words such as 'redevelopment'. The street-level shops are mostly boarded-up. I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't here in a year's time. Update: I was about ten years out, but this finally went in 2020.
