Cycling along this stretch of the North Wales Path at Barkby Beach makes for an interesting experience. There is a high and a low "road", but the bit in between slopes down seawards and is great fun to toggle between the high and low - even for oldies. Just don't sing 'By the Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond' while your doing so!
