Part of the impressive front elevation, looking up. The stone from which the school was constructed came from a local quarry and was trimmed and finished on site: this apparently took two years prior to the start of building. There seems to have been no sparing on expense for this ambitious project and one can imagine Mr Ince knew exactly how he wanted his sister's memorial to look when complete.
