This used to be the factory of William Potts, clockmaker, then just a base for engineers after it was taken over by Smith of Derby. Now the location is no longer mentioned on Smith's website. Their clock has stopped, showing a different time on each side. This picture was actually taken about 12:45. See Image] taken 4 years earlier.
