One of the 94 cows in the 2006 Edinburgh Cow Parade. Watt a Clever Cow is sponsored by Heriot Watt University and the artists are Mark Parker and the students and staff of Textiles and Design, Heriot Watt University. It is located in Festival Square in front of the Sheraton Hotel.
