Grade II Listed Building built in 1895-6 for die-sinkers H B Sale. The fifth floor was added in the 20th century before the planning laws were tightened. The tower is a memorial to Lord Roberts of Kandahar who led a successful campaign in Afghanistan in 1879. A Syrian restaurant occupies the ground floor.
