See Image “Temporary” car park between Winetavern Street, North Street and Gresham Street. Partly built on the site of the “Elephant Bar” which seems to have taken its name from the “Elephant Chambers” – a Victorian office building on the same site. This view is towards North Street with Union Street on the right.
