The memorial to personnel of RAF 77 squadron is situated just inside the entrance of the museum. A marble column bearing the squadron badge is topped by wrought iron artwork. Plaques on the semi-circular wall of the memorial bear details of the squadron's history. Behind the hedge are buildings of the adjacent industrial estate.
