View SW, towards Morningside; ex-NB Bathgate - Morningside line. Bents Station was closed to passengers when service were withdrawn 1/5/30 and to goods on 2/5/55. However the line was evidently still in use when photographed in 9/62, so when it was finally taken up is a mystery -- to me. Does anyone know?
