Home of Eastbourne Borough FC the highest placed of all Eastbourne's non-league clubs. Currently playing in Conference South having just missed promotion to the Conference in 2005 after losing the play off final to Altrincham. The club itself has had a meteoric rise from its formation in 1964 as Langney FC to play in the Eastbourne parks league. It moved to this newly built ground in 1983, into the Southern League in 2000 before changing its name from Langney Sports to Eastbourne Borough.
