Part of the Impulse chain of leisure centres (the other 2 branches being Lancing Manor and Wadurs), Southwick Leisure Centre features indoor sports courts (especially badminton, table tennis and indoor football) as well as a gym and outdoor facilities (including cricket nets, as well as tennis and basketball courts) at the back of the leisure centre. They host a roller disco every Saturday. http://www.impulseleisure.co.uk/
